Objective: This research is being carried out with the aim of analysing the impact of business marketing and its transformation with the arrival of social networks as a mechanism for boosting production areas. Methodology: In order to achieve the defined objective, a qualitative research with descriptive characteristics is proposed, since it will seek to recognize the most outstanding aspects of the changes that social networks have generated for today’s companies. Recommendations: The information gathered shows that digital marketing and social networks have made a difference to everything related to business relations and proposes a much more dynamic and innovative scenario in the way of doing business. Conclusion: The contributions compiled in the final part are useful for all types of organizations, since as companies adopt new trends they will be able to lead processes of greater participation in global markets.References

Objective: In order to propose a methodology for the design of the systems integration, the necessary steps are developed below, to propose the guidelines from the initial consultation of the standards, to the definition of the common documents that may be part of the IMS in the future. Methodology: Using a descriptive method, the aspects that recent research and international standards have proposed for the integration of norms in universities are reviewed. Recommendations: The Integrated Management Systems (IMS) offer an excellent theoretical and practical framework to empower institutions and offer results with a positive impact on the processes that are currently being developed. The integration of Quality Management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) systems. Conclusion: The methodology presented here will allow us to meet the objective of developing the mission processes of any university, with a focus on competitiveness, ensuring documented levels of satisfaction of its students and stakeholders.References

Objectives: When analyzing the impact of globalization on the generation of new companies, it can be found that aspects such as competitiveness and productivity have been greatly influenced by new dynamics that seek not only to ensure that companies better develop their processes, but also that they can respond appropriately to the great challenges involved in maintaining a current market or environment. The following is a review of three methods of decision making, with the aim of identifying the guidelines that can currently be useful for directors, managers and other people who have to make decisions on a daily basis. Methods/Statistical Analysis: The methodology used is descriptive in nature and is supported by the review of recent publications, in order to take into account, the advances that the scientific literature has been postulating for entrepreneurs in the global era. Findings: The final ideas suggest that decision-making models have been acquiring particular characteristics, adapting to the needs of constantly changing markets and in accordance with the expectations of the actors in each economy. Recommendations: The most important suggestions refer to observing the characteristics of each model and according to each organization apply the most convenient one.References

Objectives: This article aims to establish the importance of communicative competences in the research processes developed by Higher Education Institutions (HEI), starting from the fact that the objective of all scientific research is the handling of relevant and irrefutable information. Methods: To this end, various concepts on this subject and the conclusions of the analyses will be analyzed. Findings: In the end, the advantages of good management of communication skills for the development of scientific research projects are related to the detriment suffered by this process when the student does not perfect these language skills. Application: It is estimated that this type of initiatives should be stimulated since they can make possible the impulse of the investigation, differential factor to raise the level of higher education.References
